Bicycle Parts

Machined bicycle components — stems, pedals, adaptors and small hardware — designed and produced in our own workshop rather than imported and resold.

This category exists because the machining, anodizing and assembly a bicycle component needs are the same processes the industrial side of the business runs every day: a stem is a milled aluminium part with a critical clamp bore and a cosmetic anodized finish, which is precisely what a fixture component is minus the cosmetics. Making them keeps capacity loaded and demonstrates the finish quality on a part people examine closely.

That has a practical consequence for the specifications: because we make these, the dimensions on the page are our own drawing values rather than a supplier's marketing figures, and modifications are possible in a way they are not with a distributed line. A different clamp diameter, a different stack height or a batch in a specific anodized colour is a production question, not a sourcing one.

See our contract manufacturing page for the processes involved. Bicycle components carry a stated unit — per piece or per pair — because a pedal price that does not say which is not a price.

How to choose

Check the clamp and interface dimensions against what you are fitting to before anything else — bar diameter and steerer diameter are the two that make a stem fit or not, and they are not interchangeable between standards. Then the material and finish: 6061 covers almost everything at this size, and Type II anodizing is decorative and mildly protective rather than structural. For a batch or a modification, send the dimension you need changed and the quantity, since these are made rather than stocked.

Frequently asked

Are these your own products?

Yes — designed and machined in our own workshop in Cairo, including the anodized finish. That is why the dimensions published are drawing values and why modifications are possible.

Can you make a batch in a specific colour or size?

Yes. Type II anodizing is in-house, so colour is a production choice rather than a sourcing constraint. Send the quantity, the dimension changes and the colour and we will quote it as a batch.

Is the price per pedal or per pair?

The unit is stated on every product page, and pedals are quoted per pair unless the page says otherwise. A price without a stated unit is not a price, which is why we show it explicitly.
