Manifolds
Hydraulic and pneumatic manifold blocks — drilled and ported blocks that replace a bundle of individual fittings and hoses with a single machined body. Used on presses, injection moulding machines, clamping circuits and anywhere several valves feed from one supply.
A manifold does three things a fitting tree cannot. It removes joints, and every joint removed is a leak that cannot happen. It shortens the flow path, which reduces pressure drop and the heat that pressure drop becomes. And it makes the circuit legible: a labelled block with ports in a known order can be diagnosed by someone who did not build it, which a nest of hoses cannot.
Standard blocks come in aluminium for pneumatic and low-pressure hydraulic work and steel for high pressure. Custom blocks are machined from a circuit drawing — and since MasterParts runs its own CNC shop, that is manufacturing rather than sourcing.

How to choose
Start from the valve interface — CETOP or NG sizes fix the bolt pattern and port positions, and a block machined to the wrong pattern is scrap. Then working pressure, which decides aluminium against steel: aluminium is fine for pneumatics and light hydraulics, steel above roughly 210 bar. Then count the stations you need and add one; manifolds are almost always extended later, and a blanked spare port costs nothing now against a new block later.

Yes — this is one of the categories we manufacture rather than source. Send the circuit diagram, the port sizes and thread standard, the working pressure and the valve interface, and we will quote the block.
Aluminium or steel?
Aluminium for pneumatics and hydraulics up to roughly 210 bar, steel above that. Aluminium is lighter, cheaper and quicker to machine; steel is what the pressure rating demands once you are past that point.
What is a sandwich plate?
A thin block that fits between a valve and its sub-plate to add a function — a check valve, a flow control or a pressure relief — without changing the manifold. It is the usual way to modify a circuit after it is built.
