Importing a production part into Egypt means a long lead time, a container's worth of working capital tied up in stock, customs exposure, and a supplier twenty-five days away when something is wrong. Making it here means a two-week reorder instead of a two-month one, inspection you can attend in person, and changes to a drawing that take effect on the next batch rather than the next shipment.
For parts where the tooling is simple and the volume is steady, local production is usually the cheaper answer once inventory carrying cost is counted honestly — and always the faster one.

Having milling, fabrication, welding and assembly under one roof matters more than any single one of them. A part that needs machining, then bending, then welding, then assembly goes through four suppliers almost anywhere else in Egypt — four sets of lead times, four quality handovers, four people to chase when a batch is late. Here it is one purchase order and one responsible party.

We are a poor fit for single prototypes, one-off repairs, or work where the drawing is not yet settled. That is honest rather than discouraging: prototype shops exist and do that work better.
How a production programme starts
- 1 Send the drawing. PDF, STEP, IGES or DXF, with roughly how many you need a year. Volume is what determines the process, so a quote without it is guesswork.
- 2 We quote. Unit price at your stated volume, tooling cost if any, and lead time for first and repeat batches. Quotation turnaround: Within 3 to 5 Working Days
- 3 First article. We make a small first batch and submit it for your approval before the full run. Dimensional report on the characteristics you nominate as critical.
- 4 Production. Batches to your schedule, at the agreed price, against a blanket order or call-off if that suits you better.
Quality
Every production programme starts with an agreed drawing revision and a nominated set of critical characteristics. We inspect against those, and we report against them. Where a part needs a material certificate, it is bought with one and the certificate travels with the batch.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We work best from a few hundred pieces upward per batch, with a committed annual volume behind it. Below that, cost per part rises sharply because setup dominates. Send the volume you actually need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier.
What file formats do you accept for drawings?
PDF for drawings, STEP or IGES for 3D models, DXF for flat patterns. A dimensioned drawing is needed alongside any 3D model — the model tells us the shape, the drawing tells us what actually matters.
Can you hold stock for us?
Yes, against a blanket order. We produce to a schedule and call off against it, so you carry less inventory and still get parts on demand.
