Components that do not belong to one of the main industrial groups but come up often enough to stock or source: specialist fasteners, one-off brackets, bicycle components, prototype hardware and parts made for a specific customer that others have since asked for.
A catalogue category like this is honest rather than untidy. Every real supplier accumulates lines that arrived through a particular job and stayed because they sell, and hiding them makes the catalogue look tidier while making those parts unfindable. If you are looking for something that does not fit anywhere else, it is worth checking here before assuming we cannot supply it.
It is also where our own manufactured products sit when they are not part of a distributed range — parts designed and made in our own shop, which is a different proposition from a line we import and resell, and which we mark as such.
If you cannot find what you need in any category, send the part number, a photograph or a drawing. Between the distribution side and our own machine shop, the answer is more often yes than the category structure suggests.

How to choose
Search by part number first if you have one, since that is the fastest route to the right item. Otherwise describe the function and where the part fits, and send a photograph against a rule for scale — the scale is what turns a photograph into something we can quote from. If the part is no longer available anywhere, say so up front: making a replacement from a sample is a normal job for our own machine shop and is often quicker than tracing an obsolete original.

I cannot find the part I need anywhere on the site — what now?
Send us the part number, a photograph against a rule, or a drawing. Between the distribution side and our own machine shop the answer is more often yes than the category structure suggests, and if it is genuinely not something we can supply we will say so rather than waste your time.
Can you make a replacement from a broken part?
Yes, and it is a routine job. Send the broken part; we will measure it, produce a drawing for your approval, and quote from that. Approving the drawing before we cut metal is what stops a misunderstanding becoming a scrap part.
Are these your own products or distributed lines?
Both, and the product page says which. Parts we design and manufacture ourselves are marked as such, because that is a different proposition from a line we import and resell — different lead time, different ability to modify.
