Description

A solid carbide 90° chamfer mill for breaking edges, cutting lead-in chamfers on tapped holes and spot drilling before a twist drill. The 90° included angle produces a 45° chamfer on a flat edge. Also used to deburr the far side of a through hole in one setup, which saves a hand-deburring operation that on a production batch costs more than the tool does. TiAlN coated for steel; runs equally well on aluminium at higher speed.
