Volumes are high, tolerances are moderate, and cost per part dominates — which makes them a good fit for local manufacture rather than import, because the freight and duty on a container of light steel brackets is a substantial fraction of their value. A bracket that costs a little more per piece to make in Cairo often lands cheaper than the same part shipped from Asia once carrying cost and lead time are counted honestly.
The other constraint is consistency rather than precision. An appliance line needs every part in the batch to be the same, because the assembly is fixtured and a part that is two millimetres out stops the line rather than merely being out of tolerance.

How to choose
For a repeat production part, the specification that matters is the drawing plus the annual volume — volume determines whether the part is best pressed, laser cut and folded, or machined, and quoting without it is guesswork. Then nominate which dimensions are actually critical, because a drawing where every dimension carries a tight tolerance costs several times one where three do. Then the finish, and state whether it must match an existing part already in the field.
