Description
A ball-bearing ER32 collet nut. The bearing race between the nut and the collet takes the rotation out of the clamping face, so the torque you apply goes into closing the collet rather than into friction. At the same spanner torque a bearing nut holds noticeably harder than a plain one, which matters on heavy roughing cuts where a slipping cutter pulls itself out of the collet. Fits any standard ER32 chuck.
